Is is "code" to have fabric flaps that cover electrical outlets?
These "flaps" are from when the wall was covered in fabric and then an "x" was cute into the fabric making access to the outlet. Concerned for my childrens safety.
Code states that there be know obstruction between the plug and receptacle! sounds like a fire hazard to me!
