is there a way to shrink cello wrap?
i need to wrap up a basket like for the babies. like this one,:::

and it will be filled up with babies clothes and bottles and all the essentials.
i cant find any shrink wrap that would be enough to cover this basket at least cheap enough.
so i wanted to use cello wrap.
can i shrink it with a hair dryer or will it not work?
